Ameren Electricity
A mix of 12kV and 34.5kv service lines throughout the Corridor.
Nicor Natural Gas
Currently, Nicor is able to supply an adequate quantity of natural gas to the Corridor.
Additional amounts are readily available. Nicor will be quick to respond in detail to specific
project needs.
City of Ottawa Water
Twelve inch water line along the north side of Interstate 80
Ten inch water line along the south side of Interstate 80 west of Illinois Route 23
Twelve inch water line along the south side of Interstate 80 east of Illinois Route 23
City of Ottawa Sanitary Sewer
Combination of ten and twelve inch lines on the north side of Interstate 80
Eight inch line south of Interstate 80 west of Illinois Route 23
Twelve inch line south of Interstate 80 east of Illinois Route 23
Broadband Access
The backbone of the iFiber network runs through the Corridor and provides robust, high speed, affordable broadband service in partnership with a number of local ISP’s.
Service from several national carriers is also available.
